Rotax singles

I can rebuild Rotax singles to several different levels.  I can simply freshen the top end with piston, rings and head gasket.  I can also build to the level I recomend which is down to the crank.  In this process I freshend the top end and replace the oil seals which get brittle after many years and allow air leaks which can lean the gas/air mixture and cause piston melt down.  I inspect the bearings and replace as needed.  I can also rebuild carbs and clutches too. It takes about 4-6 hours to rebuild a single motor completely.

It takes about 6-8 hours to rebuild a twin cylinder motor completely.
